We highly recommend our products for people with problem skin. Many of our customers that struggle with itchy, dry, or sensitive skin have found that our products are super gentle, moisturizing, and don't irritate them. However, we can’t guarantee that the same product will work for you, and we always recommend doing a small patch test before using the product all over.

How long does the Velva™ Safety Razor last?
The razor itself lasts forever, but the blades should be replaced approximately each 4-10 shaves.
Does the Velva™ Safety Razor rust?
The Velva™ Safety Razor is made of high-quality brass, a material known for its resistance to rust. However, like any metal, it can be susceptible to corrosion if not properly cared for.
To ensure your razor lasts, we recommend keeping it clean, dry and stored in a cool, dry place.
How often should I replace the blade?
Each replaceable blade lasts approximately 4-10 shaves.
You'll know it's time to replace the blade when it starts to feel dull and
doesn't cut hair cleanly in one or two swipes anymore.
How do I properly care for my Velva™ Safety Razor ?
- Always keep your razor clean and dry.
- Store it in a cool, dry space—never in the shower or any moist environment.
- Avoid dropping it to prevent damage.
- Let your razor air dry after each use.
- If the blade starts to rust, remove it immediately and replace it with a new one.
